How to Play Nature Staff in Albion Online

"Nature Staffs focus on sustained healing over time (HoTs) and incredible mobility. Unlike Holy, which reacts to damage, Nature healers are proactive, keeping stacks of healing on their team before the damage even arrives. They excel in small-scale kiting comps and large-scale ZvZ."

⚖️

💡

Gameplay Tips

  • 1

Keep 3 stacks of "Rejuvenation" on your teammates at all times.

  • 2

Use the "Cleanse" W against CC-heavy teams to save your allies.

  • 3

Blight Staff E is one of the best group heals while moving; use it to kite through your team.

  • 4

Be wary of Mage Robes; they can purge all your stacks instantly.

Weapon Variants

1h Nature Staff

Small Scale Kiting

Provides unparalleled sustained healing for a small group (2-3 players). Its E (Circle of Life) roots enemies around you based on how many Rejuvenation stacks you have near them.

Blight Staff

ZvZ & Mobile Sustain

The E (Ruthless Nature) allows you to channel a massive AoE heal while moving at increased speed. This makes the Blight Staff healer practically impossible to catch while they heal their entire team during a tactical retreat.

Ironroot Staff

High Skill Cap PvE/PvP

Shoots a link (Soul Link) that connects two targets. If it links two allies, they share healing. If it links an ally and an enemy, the enemy takes a portion of the ally's damage. Highly complex but mathematically broken when used perfectly.

Druidic Staff

1v1 & Mists Sustain

A unique Nature staff that actually provides a delayed burst heal via its E (Spiritual Seed). You plant the seed, and 3 seconds later it pops for massive health. Excellent for trading in 1v1 encounters.

Recommended Passives

Energetic

Restores energy on every normal attack. Because Nature healers must constantly spam their Q ability (Rejuvenation) on multiple targets, energy sustain is their biggest bottleneck.

Calm

Every 4 spell casts increases your movement speed. Very useful for positioning and kiting out of enemy engage ranges.

Detailed Combos & Tactics

The Blight Drive-By (Blight Staff)

1

Spam Rejuvenation (Q) on your frontline tanks as they push into the enemy.

2

When the enemy counter-engages and drops their AoE damage, activate your Lymhurst cape to ensure energy.

3

Pop Ruthless Nature (E) and physically run back and forth through your clumped allies. Your movement speed makes you untargetable while your AoE HoT out-heals the enemy burst.

The Corrupted Mists Trade (Druidic Staff)

1

Constantly keep 3 stacks of Rejuvenation (Q) on yourself.

2

Use Protection of Nature (W) to increase your resistances and healing received right as the enemy engages.

3

Drop Spiritual Seed (E) on yourself immediately.

4

Stand your ground and trade auto-attacks. After 3 seconds, the massive burst heal will pop, leaving you at full health while the enemy is at half.
